Default factory sharp blades after practice

I was wondering if it is possible to get the blades on my muzzy 100's as sharp with my sharpener after I practice with them. They do come with a practice tip but I have shot each tipto confirm any doubt that they will not fly true. I can get replacement blades for under $20 but I was just wondering.

Once I shoot a head with replaceable blades I won't hunt with those blades anymore. $20 is pretty cheap piece of mind knowing that you will have the optimal edge on your blades and the best chance at a quick, clean kill.

With that said, here is what I do. Instead of shooting all of the broadheads with different blades, why don't you take three blades and swap them out on each of the ferrules? That way youcan beconfidentthat each head will fly true and only use up on set of blades doing it.

You can actually get them sharper than the factory with this little device http://www.kmesharp.com/index.htmlIt taks a little practice to get the hang of it, but well worth the trouble.

I agree with both posts above.
I always practice with already used blades.
And that KME sharpener works excellent, even for those who"™ve had trouble sharpening things in the past (me).
