RE: tieing in a peep
Well as for a book you can look at the current archers digest and see what all it has in the latest edition. They cover different subject in different editions.
I would do a search for archery organizations online and see if any of them offer such a handout or book for purchase. I know there are books available or at least there used to be. They may no longer be in print. Google archery books or go to some book sites and search for archery books.
Norb Mullaney wrote one that covered a lot of this stuff. The archery revolution of the mid 80's found lots of guys writing such a book. You just have to find one. I even thought of writingone myself....like always a day late!
