Default Swaping Cams/ Hybrid Bow

Ok, so Im tinkering...everyone look out. This is for my bowfishing bow though, not that important if I goof up. I broke it completely down yesterday to paint the riser green and limbs black. Going to swap every piece of hardware on it with a SS exact counterpart, even down to the set screw holding in the cable guard rod. Should be an awesome rig for it, but I got to thinking. Would there be harm in swapping out cams with the Browning Barracuda Bow's Cams? This would give me 0% let off, and no draw stop (anyone can shoot it), without having to buy another bow at 230 bucks.

the specs on my browning rage are as follows:

RAGE
ATA: 35.5"
BH: 8.25"
45-55# limbs but Ive shot all summer at 39 # with no issue.

CUDA
ATA:32"
BH: 6.5"
30-40# limbs

I would buy these cams tomorrow if someone with a little more knowledge thought it would work. I dont want a cuda because it seems like 3 out of every 2 blow up.[8D] Rumor has it they skimped on the limbs and wont own up to it, there are hundreds of cudas out there with shredded limbs. Some guys have sent theres in up to 4 or 5 times to get new limbs...not making this up guys.

The upside would be, no limb integrity questions, id have 15# heavier limbs, big enough to take on my gator hunt and chase sharks twice a year on the gulf. 0% let off would be a huge advantage for snap shooting. These cams sure do hit hard, but I hate the bow they are on. Plus I will take this current bow to the grave with me, so it stays no matter what I do.

What says you? TFOX, youve been my go to tech guy,got an answer for me?

Default RE: Swaping Cams/ Hybrid Bow

Mysuspicion is you could do it BUT I would call the factory and find out from them exactly what would be needed.

Default RE: Swaping Cams/ Hybrid Bow

[&:]Thats what I was worried about.

They told me, it has been done, but they cant as a manufacture recomend using parts on a bow other than factory parts meant for that specific bow.

Ive seen a few out there...Only thing that puzzles me is how to figure what size strings I would need...
