What nock and what vanes?

If you are going with Blazers and a 10 gr nock.

The arrow should be around 439gr's, FOC 17.3% and optium spine.

RUSSEL; they come with the buldog nock and collar, are you sure about the total weight I just looked on my arrow and we weighed it at 428grns with just the 125grn point,we wrote it on one of the flecthes,I forgot about until I looked at the nock.I really want to make sure I'm not going to be underspined by adding 50 grns of weight to the tip.
