Default sights

Hoping someone has a suggestion? I now need to wear reading glasses to see my sight pins clearly however the target is blurry. If I remove my glasses to target is crystal clear but I have trouble seeing my sight pins in poor light any suggestions are there any sights out there possibly like a scope?

You may find that when using the verifiers you will have to go up a pin size .019 -> .029, but they do work.
