Been looking for a hunting rest for my new bow. Kind of like the idea of a drop away that can be in the up position before being drawn. Wondered if anyone can tell me how the whammy has been for them. I figured if they were half as good as their sights they should be a good rest. Also looks like there would be much stress on the cables.

The Whammy is a great rest for a single cam bow. I have had it on Binary cam bows with parallell limbs and they can be a bugger to time. if at all. Spott Hogg will have more info if you call them. They can tell you what bows are not compatible w/ the Whammy.
There was a redesign this year that took care of some of the timing issues, but I would still call.

Thanks for the advice. I definitely will call, since I was going to put it on an alley.
