Default Correct Arrow Spine? Please help!

I have a Parker Ultra Lite bow set at 70 lbs, with a 28" draw length. Will these arrows work correctly with my setup? (Carbon Express Terminator XP Select 6075) Also, I'm currently shooting 100 grain heads. Will I have to change my heads weight? (My currentarrows are 28.5")

Thanks,
Mike

Take your bow to your local dealer. I was using 400gr. in my bowtech, but it was too much flex in the arrow. I dropped down
to 350 and it shoots much better. Cleaner groups and flatter shot.

Different cams. They just don't have enough options in the charts. I don't know what parker he has though.
