Default String wear???

i have a pretty new fred bear instinct with the factory cables and strings how long should they last if i wax them regular? and how can i tell when i need to replace em?

Which is how long it takes to get a string of gibblet.

If your Happy with them For now I would leave them......Depends on How much you shoot normally, If its alot then change them out once you see any change in Peep Rotation, ATA lenghts Change, or any Fraying or Serving Seperation!

I don't have a lot of faith in stock strings

Some are good and some are junk. Which is why I change strings and cables as soon as I get a new bow.

Custom strings are the best way to go and gibblet makes the best

I just talked to John on Tuesday - I think he backed up about three weeks at this time. Still worth the wait.

my proshop told me if you shoot often replace them annually, if not every other year....

I replace my string every couple years. But that is just what i like to do.

I change my once a year but I think I am going to switch out my Fuse strings on the Hoyt a lot sooner.
