Default mathews dxt center shot?

When setting my new dxt at the mathews pro shop the guy set the center shot using a measuring device that measured from the riser over to the arrow, when at home out of curiosity I put a center shot tool on there and it was half the arrow thickness off. what is the measurement I wonder that he used and is that to the edge of the arrow or the middle andeven after using both centershot settings I think it is off on both, even after paper tuning and the straight line walk back method and nock high zero and 1/8 high It will not shoot broadheads in the same place as field tips even using the right arrows and everything.

Default RE: mathews dxt center shot?

Centershot should be 13/16", then fine tuned with walk-back tuning. If cam timing, idle wheel lean and a-a is all right and the broadheads are still off, it might be broadhead alignment. If the end is not perfectly square that'll make the broadheads hit differently. Or it could be type of fletching, blazers are supposed to stabilize broadheads. My slicktricks hit exactly same as my fieldpoints so it's got to be something in your setup, just keep tinkering with it.Good luck bro.
