Centershot Bowtech Tomkat

Any known trouble with theBowtech Tomkat centershot adjustment? My husband is cursing his new purchase and says he has put the rest as far as it will go. I am a novice and don't know squat - he has years and years of experience. He says that the wheels are not perpendicular. and that they wobble. Did he just get a bad bow? It's a left handed model.

I have a LH tomkat and I'm shooting a WB, what kind of rest is he shooting ?
Is the rest a LH model ? How is he checking the centershot ?

This gets me thinking, I always had trouble getting my WB set right......

Has he been back to the shop he bought it at? That would be the place to beginresolving his problems.
