Default 1 fixed sight???

I just got a new bow, ebay, and it only has one sight set for 20 yards. It is a cross hair sght that teh seller said was a very good sight. I have always had at least 3 pins. What are some peoples thughts on a one pin set up? It is a High Country Safari set at 70 lbs with 65% let off. Overdraw so I can shoot 26 inch arrows.

I have a one pin HHA sight on my new General. I have always shot one pin sights and I love them.
- no confusion on what pin to use
- easy to adjust (fast and not complex)

nothing wrong with hunting with 1 pin as long as you know where your arrow will hit at different distances.I would'nt recomend shooting much past 30 yards though because then it could get a little tricky.

You can adjust for 50 yards too though. You just sight it in for 50 and move it the line on the white tape.

I have a one pin Tru-Glo sight on two different bows . It is adjustable . Most bow kills are 20 yards or less anyway ! Not a problem .
I had heard too many guys complain in the past that when they shot , they used the wrong pin . Can't do that with a one pin sight !

I have not even shoot this bow yet. But I will surely know what it will do by Oct. I think that I will try it out this season and see how it goes.
