Default deciding grains of tips

I have a new legacy ordered and I am putting on a TR drop zone rest. I shoot 60 lbs. with 28.5 draw and 29inch carbon express 3-d select arrows. 300' s. Mainly just deer hunting. My question is how to decide what the right tip grain weight is for my broadheads and field tips. How do I know where to start so I don' t have to purchase too many different ones and try them all. Is there a rule of thumb to follow? Also Gametrackers chart says I am in between the 200s and 300s am I right to get the 300' s for hunting?
Thanks.
