Default String Loops- How much speed?

I recently switched to string loop with no nothing else on the string - seems like I gained some fps. How many fps on average is gained by switching from attaching directly to the string with a couple nocks -vs- string loop only.
Anyone?

Default RE: String Loops- How much speed?

5-7 fps seems to be about average if you removed 2 brass nocks and replaced them with a string loop.

Even at the same speed your POI may change slightly due to different forces acting on the string with the loop vs. the release right on the string.
