Default F.O.C?

Is 12.93 % F.O.C is enough for hunting? And how much would switching from 100 grain BH to 125 Gr BH add?

Unless you are trying to get into the HIGH foc ranges, that is perfect.125's are not going to add enough to do anything positive for you.

I do feel that once you hit the 20% range, you will gain but from 12% to 18%,I don't think you gain much,if any over where you are now.

I could be wrong but this is my experience.

I agree with tfox. anything between 12 and 18 is pretty much identical. I spent money finding this one t. I used to have 13%FOC and now have 18%FOC and really not much difference at least for the price.

I prefer 12% as a minimum, so I'd say you are good to go.

I changed my 4" vanes to 2" Blazers on my stock 29" arrows and seem like they fly better! Probally not much change in FOC from stock. But my 20%FOC arrows now I can tell they flight noticably better, maybe slower but a little cross breeze doesn't effect them like the others and they thump the bag target.Removeing the 12-15%FOC's from target I have to pull them with b/h,the 20% arrows I just unscrew the head sticking through other side before removing!
