Default Extreme vft

I should be getting my extreme vft in any time now. I was wondering what kind of speeds I should expect. I' ll be shooting it at 65-70#, with a 30 inch draw length. Also my set up is going to be a Dead Nuts Pro 3 sight and a NAP QT 4000 rest. I' m having a little trouble finding a good stabilzer, any suggestions will help. Thanks.
