Default new vanes

hey guys, last year was my first year bow hunting and I am trying to learn more about how to do things myself without having to depend on someone else that I have to pay to do them. I was wondering if anyone could instruct me, or point me to some good resources on how to put new vanes on. I just want to make sure its something I can do and that I am doing it right. Thanks.

After you've been onYOUTUBE and typed in Fletching , which is what i did .

First off get yourself a fletching jig , feathers or Vanes and some goats tuff glue or i use Loc-tite instant adhesive for Vanes . You will also need some wipes to clean the shaft before applying glue . Practice on old shafts if you can .
Its amazing what you can learn off the Internet .
Its easy to fletch your own shafts and very rewarding, i jumped in head first and fletched my best arrows first and they fly real sweet .

Don't hesitate to ask more questions

I started fletching my own arrows last year and they came out MUCH better than when Iused tohave someone else fletch them.Glad to see ya taking the time to learn to do it yourself. You'll save alot of $$$ that way.
