Default New Bow setups

Ok as some know I bought two new bows this year

Elite GTO
ROSS Cardiac

Arrows I am at a tosss up

FMJ .340 Spine
28'' Arrow 328 Grains
100 Grain BH
100 Grain Brass Hit insert
25 Grain fletching
553 Grain arrow 36% FOX

FMJ .300 Spine
28'' Arrow348 Grains
100 Grain BH
100 Grain Brass Hit insert
25 Grain fletching
573 Grain Arrow 34% FOC

I have a gut instinct the .340 are going to be a liitle weak, what are your guys thoughts. Here is the rest I bought.
Nap got rid of the brushes, I can put some molskin over it and call it good.

The 340'sshould work for the Binary cam, generally speaking. They are more tolerant of spine than most single cams. This is based on MHO, and experience. They might work for the Ross also, but I'm not that sure. Most charts etc, err on the stiff side, always have.

Since I'm shooting a 29" .340 A/C Superslim out of both my single cam and binary cam bows at 70# with a 125 grain head, I'm going to vote that the 28" .340 with a 100 grain head will be plenty stiff.

EDIT: oops! I missed the 100 grain brass insert... that may shift things. Let us know. I'm interested in using those with a 125 grain head on some A/C/C's when I run out of Superslims.

My thoughts exactly Rob! I shot .400 out of my 70# Allegiance at 27.25" long (28" draw)
