Default help setting my arrow rest

I replaced my whisker biscuit witha nap quick tune arrow rest and now my shots are way high!! On the arrow rest it has settings for high, med and low. What does this mean and is this causing my arrows to fly high?

Is your arrow square to your string? Did you do this yourself or did you have your pro do it for you?

Check to see that the arrow is level on the string and that it passes through the center line of the rest mount hole(s) as viewed from the side (when the rest is in the fully up position, of course).
