Default bushings in saber cam

Just got a used Vortec with 2 Saber cams. The extra cam doesn't have bushings and the other cam has "top hat" bushings that are a lot of trouble to remove. Just wondering how expensive new bushings are and how hard to install? THANKS

Default RE: bushings in saber cam

Just got some yesterday for an older Defiant so it may not be the same. Got brass bushings from a local shop and they were $2.00 each (but got the wrong ones...oops). The only ones I've changed were the teflon sleeves and they just pressed out with no trouble. Had to then run a drill bit through it as they wouldn't allow the axel to go through.
