Default 2 vanes

Has any one ever tried shooting arrows with only 2 vanes or feathers? We know that 3, 4, will work. And 1 will not work. Just wondering.

Default RE: 2 vanes

2 will work,

I watched a guy win a money shoot because he started with the arrow and after it lost a vane he refused to change arrows for superstitious sakes. He won shooting that 2 vane arrows. HOWEVER, I wouldn't totally trust it with broadhead tuning etc..
