FPS and Draw Lenth
On average how many FPS do you loose per inch of draw. The BowTech BlackKnight short, with a 350gr. arrow, 29in.draw and 70lb. draw comes with 342-350 fps. What would it come down to with a 27in. draw?

RE: FPS and Draw Lenth
Problaly in the range of 322-330. You lose around 10fps for each inch. The BK2 tall brace has a 30" draw at 70lbs doing 342-350.

RE: FPS and Draw Lenth
I have found that for a good average most bows lose or pickup roughly 3-4% in FPS per inch of altered draw length.
So if a bow was shooting 300 FPS and you went up an inch it would increase by about 9-12 FPS.
In your case it would be a loss of about (assuming 350 FPS @29 "
18-24 or so FPS.
