Default ICS component ?

If I wanted to install acc nock adapters and g nocks in my ics 340 hunter shafts, what size would I need to use? Will this be lighter than the standed 13 grain easton supernock and will it perform well on this shaft?

I forgot to ask what would be the best adhesive to install this bushing with? Do you have to do anything to the end of the shaft you are installing them in, or just glue them in and let dry? Thanks.

I beleave its an A/C/C 3-60 componenet. Im not positive though. Cause ive been thinkin about doin the same thing. I would epoxy them in the shaft instead of hot glue, cause you can turn the nock. I dont know what im gunna use though.

9022 ain't sure, but he's right. I do the same thing. Break too many nocks and split shafts. The aluminum nock inserts do add to the longevity of the shafts.
