Bowtech General 60lbs, Rage mechanical

I've got a 60lbs Bowtech General which shoots my 360gr arrows at about 265fps (~56ft*lbs KE). Would I be able to reliably use Rage 2 blade mechanical broadheads with this setup? The arrow weight wouldn't change.

yes. rage broadheads require very little kinetice energy to open, and they have about the same overall cutting surface of any 4 blade cut on contact. So energy loss and penetration will be similar.

You can see from my Avatar what I shoot. The Rage two blades are working really well at 258 fps. Will open going througha piece of typing paper. On one mule deer, it entered just behind the last rib and came out near the other shoulder. On the other one, it hit the tricep - went through the chest - and stopped against the opposite shoulder.

I'm not much for sponsored celebrity advertising hype, but the phrase "put 'em down" sure seems to apply to these heads.
