Default help getting started

I recently purchased a new martin bow and I am looking for any beginner instructions to help me understand shooting my bow and all of the components. I have been measured for my draw length and my local bass pro so that is set. I do however wonder if that might change when I shoot with a release. I got a Martin Jaguar and it says the draw length and weight can be adjusted but is thissomething I can do? Thanks for any help, Kevan
