Default How is my form looking?

Hey guys, I've really been working at becomming a better shooter lately. I'm beginning to shoot on a level now that I never thought I'd be at, and I'm still progressing. It took forever to get this video uploaded, it literally took 2 hours to get it to upload from the time I clicked upload until it was complete. Please guys, let me know what you think.

I'll try to get some still pictures of my grip, side, and from behind. Just to see.

Just from me looking at it, I can tell myelbow is really high. Not sure if that's an anchor point issue or what?

And my follow through has gotten better but it still has a way to go, I've really been working on this and my release quiet a bit.

here's the video.

Check out where the eyes are at while drawing and look at the preshot sequence, you seem to be just pulling the bow and the finding the target. You really need a shot sequence that includes focusing on the point of impact. And addressing the hand grip position before the draw.

My sequence is a little better than what it is here, especially when i'm shooting 3D or something of that nature. Here I was trying to get some arrows off in a group on video.

Just for a little reference of how much I've been working and improving. The first picture is from last August. Over a year ago. The other is from this past summer. The next one is a few weeks ago. And then the video is the other day.

Matt has helped me here lately.

Before I consulted him, it was pretty much me and then I've had a guy with me sort of "coaching" me.

I've actually gotten to the point now where I can notice some equipment issues hindering me a little.

I remembered you saying something about him helping,it is good to have someone that is there in person to help also.

Looks like it is working. You should be getting to a point where you should start to develop a style.

Just remembershot sequence. Some don't understand it's importance but I promise you that all the best have an EXACT sequence that is done the sameEVERYTIME.

Your shots in the video all had different sequences to them.

I agree with sequence. I have been definately working on it. I need to implement the sequence into my practice more, because when I'm shooting seriously, I'm totally different.

Sequence is something else Matt has tried to ingrain into me too
