Default Hoyt locking limb pocket and draw weights?

Does the Hoyt locking limb feature essentially allow you to have bottomed out limbs at any draw weight? I'm currently shooting a 2000 havoc at 75# and I've got nearly a 1/4" gap between my limbs and the riser. Also what is the max draw weight you can get out of a 60-70# Hoyt Razortec?

thanks!

No, not in the sense that you are making reference to. There will still be a gap between the riser and limbs if the bow isn't at is actual peak draw weight.

The two Razortecs I have owned so far both peaked between 70-72 lbs.
