Default blurry vision

I had to change my peepsight because it blew out after a dryfire and now I have a 3/16" peep, actually it's a peep designed to hold different diameters, so only the housing is installed. I am waiting on my G5 metapeep which I ordered at MeanV's.
When I look through my peep the edges are blurry and I can't really center my sight.
My old peepsight was thicker and wasn't placed at an angle, I didn't have that problem then.....
Does the G5 peep give that blurry vision as well ? I ordered the 3/16" and I have a 28,5" DL.....

Can't say what it's going to do for you Frank but I don't have an issue with mine. Being that close to your eye with your focus being so far away from it I'd think that all peeps have a "blurred edge" to them just like a ghost ring sight on a rifle, the problem is when what you're looking at through them is blurred. If that's the case then either the peep is out of alignment (rotational or up/down) or you need a clarifier lens in the peep (for target/scope applications).

I had a real problem with blurry pins until I went to the 1/4" G5. Actually, and not surprizingly to a lot of folks here I'm sure,I've never bought into this newfangled'frame the sight' stuff and still center the pin I need in the peep. I get a good, clear sight picture with it.
