Default Little help please!!

For years I have hunted with aluminium arrows and been very happy. For this upcoming 3-D season though my friend conviced me to try carbons for speed puposes. I fletched and shot it through the chrony, I went from 249fps to 269fps. My question: Is a Goldtip 5575 a good spine for me? I'm pulling 70lbs with 65% letoff. Have a 27 inch draw. I finished the arrow with 4" feathers and a 70 grain tip. I also might try this set up with a heavier tip for hunting if the bow doesn't get to chatty. I would appreciate any feedback.

Default RE: Little help please!!

should work well. if you are going to really jump up in tip weight the 7595 might work better. Only way to really tell is to tune her up and see how she flies.
