Can anyone recommend a good quality recent book that explains and shows the technical side of archery?

more recently guys are doing videos and dvd's. someone may know a good dvd.

I have been looking for the same thing - so far, no luck. I guess the big bow companies don't want to share, and short circuit their pro shops.
