Default Arrow ?'s

I am ordering a bitz jig and have a few questions.
1. Doest the right/left or straight helical matter?
2. Vanes or feathers? (arrows used for hunting)
3. What brand of glue?
4. Any tips or pointers on fletching?
5. Opinion on a good hunting arrow?
I am a left-handed shot and have an SQ2 bow. I practice shoot a lot (2x week) but do a lot of hunting (mainly deer and turkey). Any advice or tips will be appreciated.

Default RE: Arrow ?'s

Right or left or straight doesnt matter, its preference. I personally like right helical. You can get straight and do an offset though, which is probably better if u shoot a carbon arrow. Go feathers and dont look back. There are more advantages than disadvantages when it comes to accuracy. Yes, theyll shoot wet. They dont damage near as bad as people say, just be a little more careful. I like fletch tight. Yea, it takes a little longer to set up but u get a much better glue base. Make sure you always whipe your shafts off with acetone(not alcohol cause it has petroleum in it and wont be squeky clean). I like the Beman ICS hunter, or the super slam. It depends on if u want carbon or aluminum. Allthough, i really really like my easton carbon excels. There great shafts for hunting and they wont break you bank. Id seriously consider taking a look at those, the same with the easton Epics.
