Default arrow selection

I have a 60# hoyt lazartec. I shoot 27 inch arrows, should i get 400 or 500 size easton arrows.

I agree with the 400. They might be just a tad stiff, but you'd be right on the edge with a 500. I have shot and still do once in a while, a 500 spined shaft at 27" up to 63#, but this is with an 80 grain Nibb target point. That's pretty much the upper limit. Now you add an insert and 100 grain head and it's a total of about 115 gr on the front. Then add some bl;ades andmaybe just not a perfect tune and things can get pretty screwy.

I'd use the 400.
