Which is a better string material 8125 or 452x?

Ones not better than the other they are just different you'll get less creep out of 452x but more speed out of 8125. You can check the technical info on them at the BCY site: http://www.bcyfibers.com/technical_sheets/.
You should also look at the Brownell site at their UltraCam and Xcel: http://www.brownellarchery.com/products.htm.
