pse bow cam wheel broke

i have pse bow and i was pulling it back to get the feel for it for the year and the string stuck at full draw and then the peice in which holds the wheel on broke. my question is has this happened to any one else and is this a cheap fix?

Never seen it happen, but it should be covered by the warranty. how's that for inexpensive?
