When I take my arrow off the string sometimes the nock comes off andstays on the string. The nock seems loose because it is easy to remove by hand. Is this a problemfor safe and accurate shooting?
Check and make sure the arrow does not have a crack at the nock end.
If there is not crack in the shaft you can use a piece of plastic to hold the nock in. Just put the plastic over the shaft push the nock in then strip the plastic down the shaft and burn any plastic left with a lighter.
This is how I hold all my uni bushings in rather than glue them.

Thats been a problem with the X-nocks in my son's Axix and Beman Black Max, Even had to replace a couple on my A/C Superslims. I believe it to be the nocks and not the shafts in my case. I ordered some extra X-nocks and replaced the loose nocks with new ones, fixed the problem.
Nock comes out of arrow!
