Default quik ?s about installing string leech's/serving

1) I just bought some String Leech's and directions say they should be served on, I've never served anything, will they move/fly out if not served right away?
2) Any links to a site that shows how to serve something?
3) Is installing during deer season a bad idea? I don't want to change my set-up much now if it will cause much change to my tuning.

(I did do a search, either its broken or I am cause I've never gotten any links from that thing)

Thanks

When the original string suppressors wore out on my Allegiance I installed Leeches. I pressed the bow, split the string and installed them, I did not serve them, they stayed perm....

I serve mine in with dental floss. Same for my peep too. It's simple and takes about 10 minutes total.

do you just serve on the string and slide it up and tighten it? or do you wrap around the leach itself?
