Default Vectrix control cable ?

It seem that when i shoot my vectrix the control cabel slightly hits the side of the cam,you can see the serving marks on the cam where it is barly hitting it,what could be the cause of this.

cam' lean, broken shim, worn bearings, tourqin the bow, is the buss cable fixed or floatin?

it has the floating yoke,no lean their in the bottom cam,
