Default Professional Archery Instruction

I am interested in getting professional archery lessons for myself (I could use some professional tips on shooting!) and my family. My initial thought was using a USA Archeryinstructor or someone comparable to that.
Does anybody have any ideas on where to start looking? We live in Northern Virginia area.
Thanks,
BSLugnut

Go to you local proshop they will help you out. Some of the bow companies have shooting schools like PSE, Holt and some others. I did have a friend in Tuson, AZ that had a shooting school, but I don't know if he still dose it Frank Person
Take a NFAA shooting class there should be some in your area. Contact the NFAA and find out

Here's NFAA's website: http://www.nfaa-archery.org/

The NFAA Director for Virginia is James Quarles. He might know more about any NFAA certified instructors in your area than the home office. jim.quarles@vfaa.org

There is also the United States National Archery Association, the national governing body for our Olympic team. Naturally, they have certified instructors and coaches as well. They also have the Junior Olympic Archery Development program (JOAD) for youngsters.: http://www.usarchery.org/

Here's a list of JOAD clubs in Virginia. Even if your kids aren't interested in the program, they can probably hook you up with an intructor.

JOAD-Bull Run Spider Shooters
