Default Broadhead Weight

I am switching to Carbon arrows. I bought a dozen Goldtip XT. I am wondering if I need to switch broadheads as well. I shot 65#'s at 29". I shot spitfire 125s and really like the way they took down my two deer this year. Should I be looking at a lighter broadhead? Are the spitfire 100's two or three blade? Any thoughts on the muzzy 100's. Only 1" of cutting???

Default RE: Broadhead Weight

Both heads should work very well. Just tune your bow to either 100 or 125 grn heads depending on what you want. I personaly like the 100 grn muzzy 4 blade, but with a well tuned setup both heads will get the job done.
