Default SwitchBackXT off balance

I just got my switchback and have found something that concerns me. Seems the bow is to heavy forward and wants to fall right out of my hand. Even with no stablizer it still falls forward.

Has anyone else had this problem ? and

Any idea how to correct this ?

Mathews put the rest mount hole right in the vertical center of the riser. That makes the handle several inches below center. It's top heavy by design.

Mathews bows are super quiet by design but if you are having balance issues, try an STS. This will offset that weight forward issue.

I won't shoot my SBXT without an STS.

My Bowtech Old Glory did the same until I added 8oz (short stab) on the back of riser, directly behind front stab. Now my bow sits dead upright and grouping is noticable tighter. Part of tuning a bow is in finding the correct balance and how it sits in your hand.

I have rear mounting STS and a SIMS S Coil stabilizer and have perfect balance.
