Well, I took the advice I got from here about my form to heart and made some changes to my form. I also got a smaller release, a Scott Itty-Bitty Goose. It's a work in progress, but I thought I'd share how I'm developing. Disclaimer: I do have more than one shirt in my closet
Here's a before:

It's just one picture and a little on an angle, but overall form looks much better. How do you feel about it? In other words, do you feel comfortable and can you aim more solidly?

It actually took me some time to be able to replicate the form. I subconciously kept reverting to old ways and habits. And I still catch myself from time to time. However, it certainly feels more solid and I'm a bit more steady on the shot.

Looks a lot better. The more you practice good form, the sooner it becomes 2nd nature. You could get your self a target and just practice at your house. Use the side with out marks on it; just concentrate on your form and release. If you put target on the ground make sure that you keep the "T"in your form a bend from the waist. Personally I would raise the target up.

Keep working untill it becomes second nature, working in front of a mirror works well and so does video.
