Question for ACC shooters

Can someone tell me a weight for an 29" 3-60 ACC with three four inch vanes, inserts and nocks included with a 100 gr. head? Thanks in advance!

Try this link, I came up with 423 grains.

I shoot this same arrow with 3 4" feathers and an e-z crest arrow wrap and the finished arrow weight is 415 with an FOC of 10.
