Default Quiver foam

I went to take a second shot last night, which I have practiced doing blindly. I had the last arrow from my quiver (only took 2) pulled, nocked, release attached, half drawn and...

I started to aim and the foam from my quiver was on the end of my arrow [:@]. By the time I got it off the deer were gone.

So my question is this, what can I use to "glue" the foam back in the will not give off an odor?
