Default Fletching Tape

Has anyone tried that Bohning Fletch Tape on plastic vanes? I was going to try it, but wondered if anyone has tried it on vanes already...

It is for feathers, not vanes.

I use it for my feathers on aluminum. Works great. But I couldn't get it to hold for plastic vanes. Especially on carbon.

Great for feathers. Doesn't work with vanes, at all.

Feathers peel off real easy. If you're careful, you can often get the feathers off without damaging them and you can reuse them. It's also a lot easier to remove stickum from the tape than to have to scrape off glue. Not a chance of damaging the shaft either.
