Default Do I need a new arrow rest?

Hey guys! I'm new to this site and from what I've seen so far, there is a ton of info floating around. Here's the deal, I just bought a new Parker UL31 about a month ago. I used the arrow rest(NAP QuickTune 1000) off my old bow. With my current setup, the fletching touches the bottom part of the rest(between the prongs) when I shoot. I'm guessing that this is a problem. My groups always seem to have 1 arrow that flies high and right of the rest and it's always a different arrow. Am I right that I need a new rest? If so, what rest do you guys like? Thanks in advance!

The fletching actually touches the frame of the rest, the part that the prongs attach to. There is not enough clearance between the tip of the prongs and the frame. The bow was set up at Cabela's so I would think the nocking point is okay. I do like the rest and want to keep it, but I'm not sure it will work with the new bow. Thanks!

Ranger,
Yes you ALWAYS need a new rest( sight, bow, arrows)!
I'm not too familiar with the naps, but most rests of this nature have a way to raise the prongs up. If you can do that while lowering the monting of the rest your golden. Also don't be so sure about Cabela's Techs. Some are good...and some came from the shoe department last week. I live very near one and there's 2 guys out of 8 I let SHOOT my bow, let alone work on it It's a great store, but double check all their work to be sure.

I am with Trushot and Jim the nock point sounds a little low.
The Naps have a good deal of adjustment in them.
If you can get to a pro shop have them check it out it might cost you a couple of bucks but well worth it.

Thanks everyone for the input. I looked closely at the nocking point and it does look to be set low. As a result, the prongs are laying too flat. I'm going to have my local pro shop raise the nocking point to where it should be and then I should be able to raise the prongs. Hopefully that will cure the problem. Thanks again!
