Assuming everything has stayed the same on your bow the only thing I can think of is that you either changed your anchor point or somhow got closer to your peep sight. If you get closer your field of view gets bigger and possibly could be seeing your cables. Double check that before you spend money getting it looked at by a pro shop.

cheked my ATA and turns out im over by 1/2 " need to be at 34" but measuring 34 1/2" from axle to axle, BH still solid,, just the ATA is out of wack

could be the source of they many odd problems im seeing when im doing my intial tune ie: cables viewed in peep, let off feeling too "grabby", laser wont track from cam to cam

ill have to wait to get my vise built to adjust the strings/cables to bring it back down to spec... if i can

guessing stock strings stretch alot?

What do you mean by the letoff being "too grabby"? Do you mean it feels like it wants to take off when your at full draw? If that's the case then the draw length is likely too long. Sometimes 1/4" can make a world of difference.

i'm not sure your ata can be 1/2" off and your brace height be correct. it ought to be coming up short because as the bow gets longer the bh gets shorter.
