Default "Minor" limb crack?

Is there such thing as a minor limb crack?

I ask because I found one on my upper limb, its REALLY tough to see. I already called the company and limbs are being sent for the dealer to replace and all that, but with our season opening in just a few days and me not needing to shoot much the rest of the way, I just wondered if I could have gotten thru the season, or was I right in getting new limbs for it.

i dont know for sure, but someone just posted something similar not too long ago and everyone agreed that a minor crack will turn into a big crack...

my bowshop dont trust any crack...he puts them in a vise until the new limbs come so if they do give out, the vise catch it...id hate to see ya get hurt..personally id lock that sucker up somewhere where if it does give out, noone or nothing will get hurt or damaged...thats just me...

hope your limbs come quickly and all goes well...

i dont know though....id probably still be out there with it saturday...i just cant resist not hunting even if it is potentially dangerous to my health

A small crack in your limb is like just nicking your string with a broadhead and cutting a couple strands. Could you make it through the season, yeah maybe. At the same time if that limb snapped and came back and smacked you in the forhead you would have wished you would have replaced it.
