fletching arrows with wraps

i paid good money fora set of arrows to set aside just for the bow season, and id very much would love to recover them.. so i decided to wrap them and then fletch with the quickspins that ive been using on my target/practice arrows

my question is.. is it correct to wrap the arrows and then glue the vanes onto the wrapes or is there a special way to do this?

im using florecent wraps. i bought from a site called www.arrowwraps.com and ofcourse they were of no help to me when i asked this question.

yes you wrap first then fletch. clean everything w/ alcohol , i use prep pads...also clean the vanes b4 glueing.

also heard acetone is great for preping carbon arrows for fletching/glueing. found at local hardware stores.

I use acetone to get the old glue off and clean, works great. All my hunting arrows are wrapped, easier to find/see in flight. Plus...the just look cool!
