Default Centershot makes no arrow too stiff?

Can an arrow be too stiff out of a center shot bow when using a release?

With no rest to curve around, I don't see how an arrow could be too stiff to shoot well.

Default RE: Centershot makes no arrow too stiff?

From what I've read, it's hard to be "too stiff" if you're shooting over prongs with a release. With such a set-up the only flex you'll get is a little in the vertical direction.

Never trust a bow under 40 (inches).
