This might be a dumb ? but does the practice head that comes with the 2 blades open??? or not???

Each pack of Rage comes with a blue practice head with either 2 or 3 simulated blades that do not open. They"™re great for killing Blocks or 3-D deer over and over again, and they hit where the hunting heads do. But they don't open.
