Default Pre- inserted arrows

Ibought me a few carbon arrows the other day.to replace ones I lost last year. Problem is, they were pre-inserted. And after I got em homeI found they were 1/2" longer than my old arrows.
I have a dremel tool to cut off the arrows.
But, what is the best way to get the inserts out?

A half inch? Not worth the effort or the risk. You can ruin carbon arrows pretty easily by trying to get the inserts out. Just shoot 'em and be happy.

That's what I'd do, too. If the spine is OK then there shouldn't be a lot of difference. If and when you have them refletched in the future just have a half inch cut off the nock end prior to fletching.

I agree 100%. Shoot them and see how they shoot and if they group and fly good leave them alone. The 1/2" isn't going to hurt anything.

Agreed here too, a 1/2 isn't going to matter, you'll be fine so don't waste your time and effort.
